Recruitment Summits
Throughout the year, Elite International Careers runs its unique form of invitation only career Summits. At our Summits, we bring up to 30 of the world's leading companies together at a prestigious venue that is convenient to you. Companies are represented by Regional HR Directors, Regional and Country CEO's and Senior Line Managers. They are searching for high potential talent who can be future business leaders in their emerging market operations.

Only the highest calibre candidates are invited to attend our Summits. Invitees will have secured interviews with attending companies and will have been personally invited by one or more of the companies. Invited candidates will have an opportunity to:

• Be interviewed by the company that has invited you
• Make representations to all of the other attending companies to try and secure further interviews
• Talk with senior representatives from attending companies to understand their hiring requirements
• Question senior company representatives to discover pay and benefit rates
• Network with other high potential candidates with similar profiles and similar career aspirations
• Meet with Elite International Careers consultants to discover how we can add value to your career
• Meet with specific voluntary organisations to discover how you can add value to your Region of interest
• Make new friends and meet old friends!

Our Summits are aimed at early to mid level career professionals.

Events are a smaller, more private version of the Summits. They are recruitment days that are run for a single prestigious client who is searching for specific skill set for their emerging market operations.
