Custom Made Events and Recruitment Days

Some companies working in emerging markets have very specific candidate requirements or are restricted from attending our Summits due to staff availability. Alternatively, some candidate groups such as mid to senior level individuals can sometimes prefer a more discrete service.

Our solution for these companies and candidates is a one-off, custom made event or recruitment day. These events can be hosted anywhere in the world and can be focussed on resourcing and recruiting any nationality, industry specific or function specific group. For example, Angolan engineers currently based in North America or Russian Financial Services professionals working in the UK.

Our team has organised a large number of recruitment days for some of the world's most prestigious companies. The processes involved in running an event or recruitment day for you are as follows:

• We carefully plan the attraction campaign based around specific profiles that you are searching for
• We ask you to agree any media campaign that we recommend to you
• We execute the attraction plan in the targeted geographical market
• We network extensively through our candidate base to generate fresh talent
• We manage the response from our attraction campaign - only registering the best candidates
• We call and interview the candidates using an interview method agreed with you
• We produce interview notes and send them to you with the candidates CV's
• You choose candidates that you would like to attend the recruitment day
• We invite the candidates to the recruitment day which is held at a venue agreed with you
• We can input in to the format of the recruitment day. The day can include presentations, round table discussions, psychometric tests, alpha numerical tests and team leadership tests.
• We are available to assist with making offers to candidates and 'on-boarding' if necessary
