We have managed the successful conclusion of campaigns from resourcing early to mid career professionals through to executive level individuals. Our approach to Search and Selection is consultative. Our consultants will not presume but will take the time to listen. We take a long-term view of our relationship with you and all our advice is given with this in mind. We will not tell you what we think you want to hear; we will give you our advice based on a thorough understanding of your circumstances and the market place. This is important so that time is not wasted and we can advise you on what we consider to be the most appropriate recruitment methodology and strategy.
Executive Search
This involves extensive research into the market place and the identification of suitable candidates within target organisations. This is followed by a discreet approach to a 'long list' of candidates with view to engaging interest in the opportunity and conducting subsequent detailed discussion of the role face to face. Following on from this, a shortlist of candidates is drawn up.
Search and Selection
This involves the placement of advertisements on your behalf from which your consultant will shortlist suitable candidates for a specific role. They will advise on media selection, copy and production.
Additionally we will identify, through research and our market knowledge, a 'long list' of potentially suitable individuals to supplement the advertising route.
Your consultant will then select the most appropriate candidates, proactively present them with details of the role, conduct interviews and then assess their suitability for the final shortlist. This service can be a very useful enhancement to pure Headhunting.
Retained Database Selection
Your consultant will introduce to you candidates that are already registered with Elite International Careers as active candidates. Candidates will conduct their own search for a new role so will use our services in order to be kept advised of interesting career opportunities as and when they arise.
General Advice
Maybe you are not yet looking to recruit but want advice on salaries, departmental structuring, or recruitment feasibility. Your consultant is well placed, through experience, to advise you and if they think something is impractical they will give you their honest opinion.
