Recruitment summits and events

Elite International Careers' Summits and Events offer a fresh approach to resolving the problem of sourcing talent globally. We stage and run periodic recruitment Summits for specific regions. The Summits are not career fairs! The Summits are focussed, carefully managed invitation only events. They bring up to 30 companies together with approximately 300 hand-picked candidates in a prestigious venue for pre-scheduled interviews. The processes prior to the Summit include:

• 6 months of extensive candidate attraction and networking by our resourcing team
• Focussed advertising campaigns in all relevant regional media
• Pre-screening and phone interviewing of every registered candidate
• Using profiles provided by you to select appropriate candidates to fulfil your requirements
• Presenting the CV's of the most relevant candidates to you for your review prior to the Summit
• Inviting the candidates who have been selected by you to the Summit on your behalf
• Pre-scheduling interviews between you and your preferred candidates at the Summit

In addition to your pre-scheduled interviews, you will also be able to talk with and interview any other attending candidate at the Summit. Please remember, only candidates who have been personally invited to the Summit will be there so you will only meet top tier individuals.
You can make offers of employment to as many attending candidates as you like at no extra cost.

Summit Costs
There is a fixed standard cost of attending the Summit. There will be NO further fees as a result of hires made at the Summit. The only extra costs that will be incurred will be your discretionary spending.

Candidates attending our Summits will usually be early to mid-level career professionals.

One Off Events and Recruitment Days
Some companies working in emerging markets have very specific candidate requirements or are restricted from attending our Summits due to staff availability. Alternatively, some candidate groups do not feel comfortable attending our Summits due to lack of confidentiality. Candidates such as mid to senior level individuals can sometimes prefer a more discrete service.

Our solution for these companies and candidates is a one-off tailor made event or recruitment day. These events can be hosted anywhere in the world and can be focussed on resourcing and recruiting any nationality, industry specific or function specific group. Our team has organised many recruitment events and can offer creative input to the process if required.
